Back to SWU: August 5, 2023
The 16th annual Back to School event at SWU will be Saturday, August 5, 2023 from 9 am - 11am. This event is hosted by the 2023 Youth Leadership Interns.
Join us at 1416 E. Commerce by the temporary office trailer and Container Roots of Change Garden, for a tote bag filled with school supplies, resources provided by our community and free hair cuts.
150 totes are available for distribution.
We are honored to have Plato o Plomo donating breakfast tacos.
All resources are first come first serve.

Tote Bag Guide Lines:
Must sign in at the welcome table
Child has to be present for the bag
Only 3 bags per household
Haircut Guidelines
Will not cut hair if the child has lice
Child has to be present to sign up for haircut
Only 2 children sign up per house hold
Required to have a phone # to text for cut
No guarantee that your child will get a haircut

El 12.º evento anual de Regreso a Clases en SWU será el sábado 5 de Agosto de 2023 de 9 a. m. a 11 a. m. Este evento es organizado por los jovenes del del programa liderazgo juvenil de 2023.
Únase a nosotros en 1416 E. Commerce junto al tráiler de oficina temporal y Container Roots of Change Garden, para obtener una bolsa llena de útiles escolares, recursos proporcionados por nuestra comunidad y cortes de cabello gratuitos.
Nos sentimos honrados de tener a Plato o Plomo donando tacos para el desayuno.
Todos los recursos son por orden de llegada.
