A Busy Weekend at swu!

We have a full weekend of events this weekend! This Saturday (10/19) is our Community Day and fresh food distribution at 1416 E Commerce at 10am. We will also have an open house to show off our new trailer and office space.

Then on Sunday we move to Galeria EVA (3412 S Flores) from 2-5pm for a collaborative celebration with Los MENtirosos Drag Kings. We’ll have Loteria, Drag, ballot trivia, and much more fun as we prepare people to Get Out and Vote! Don’t forget early voting starts on Monday 10/21!

An important reason to vote in this election is to stop Project 2025. Project 2025 advocates for drastic limitations on fundamental freedoms, like access to healthcare, ability to move around freely, and parental control over education. Will you commit to playing your part in halting the Project 2025 agenda by casting your vote in the upcoming November General Election?
